Digital products
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files. You may download and print them for your own use, but you may not share, resell, copy, publish, or distribute them.

Sweat Cult content is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or individualized coaching. Exercise carries risk. Check with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a program if you are pregnant, injured, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms.
Orders and pricing
Prices and availability may change, but changes do not affect completed orders. Discounts are subject to their stated period and conditions. Taxes and physical-product shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, Sweat Cult is not responsible for indirect losses or results that depend on how a customer uses training information. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
