Shipping Policy

Made to order

Apparel is made to order rather than held in a warehouse. Allow 2–4 business days for production before the order ships. Production time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit times

• United States: approximately 3–7 business days after production
• International: approximately 10–20 business days after production

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak periods may add time.

Tracking and addresses

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes may not be possible once production begins.

Digital products

Digital products are not shipped. They are delivered by email after successful payment and remain available through your Sweat Cult Library when linked to your account.

Delivery problems

If tracking shows a problem or your package arrives damaged, email team@sweat-cult.madethis.app with your order details.
