Refund & Return Policy

Digital products

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, digital purchases are generally final once accessed or downloaded. Review the product description and available preview pages before purchasing.

If a file will not open, the wrong file was delivered, or you were charged twice, email us with your order email and we will fix the issue.

Made-to-order apparel

Each apparel item is made for your order, so change-of-mind, fit, color-choice, and size-choice returns are not accepted. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. Eligible production issues will be replaced or refunded as appropriate.

Memberships

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period, and future charges stop. If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us so we can investigate and correct it.
