Digital products

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, digital purchases are generally final once accessed or downloaded. Review the product description and available preview pages before purchasing.

If a file will not open, the wrong file was delivered, or you were charged twice, email us with your order email and we will fix the issue.

Memberships (Gym Starter)

Gym Starter is a digital subscription billed monthly. You get a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of your first payment. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. If you are charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us so we can correct it.
